Behind them are a golden throne-like seat with red cushions, bamboo panels and green foliage.2014-08-01A photograph of a darshan moment. A man with long swept-back hair, a small red tilak on his forehead, a gold necklace of large ornaments and a red-orange shawl sits on a red cushioned seat and reaches out to touch the forehead of a man in a white shirt and red-orange cloth wrap. The recipient raises both hands in a gesture of reverence and wears a rudraksha bracelet. Behind them stands a polished silver trishul with a red bead, and a green palm plant and gold ornaments fill the background. Probable Swamiji is the seated figure with the long hair, gold necklace and orange-red shawl, giving blessing to the devotee.2014-08-01August 01 20142014-08-01August 01 20142014-08-01Photograph of a seated man on an ornate gold-and-red throne, bare-chested in an orange-red wrap with a rudraksha mala and a white vibhuti mark on his forehead, smiling and extending his right hand to bless a kneeling man. The kneeling man wears a white shirt, an orange-red head cloth printed with text, and a rudraksha mala, and holds his hands together in namaskar near a silver trident and a gold lion-head ornament. Red velvet cushions and a striped wall form the background.
