Night view of a large dark grey stone lingam-like base at a temple, with gold-trimmed lamp lantern on top. A standing man in orange saffron dhoti and shawl, with a bead necklace, stands at left beside blue plastic sacks. Three men in white and grey clothing sit on the platform's edge, one in white dhoti working with flower garlands in magenta, red and yellow laid along the base. Behind is a tiered wall filled with rows of terracotta pots holding green plants. No identifiable candidate for a person is clearly visible, so the standing man in orange is described only as a temple attendant or devotee.

Night-time photo of a large dark grey Shivalingam at a temple site, with a metal staircase railing on the left and rows of small clay pots with plants stepped along the right. A monk in orange robes stands on the upper platform of the lingam, draping a garland of yellow and orange flowers. Below, another orange-robed figure kneels on the lower platform arranging pink and purple flower petals, while two people in white clothes sit beside them on the ledge. Blue bags are stacked on the platform, and strings of small lights glow in the background.

Night photograph at an outdoor temple-style site. A large dark rounded linga-shaped structure with a lit rectangular niche stands at center, draped with a marigold garland with yellow and red blooms. At left, a monk in orange robes stands on a metal staircase and platform, with blue sacks beside him. Another monk in orange robes bends at the niche holding blue sacks and flowers. Three people in white shirts and dhotis sit on the lower platform at right. Rows of small clay lamps line the background, with string lights at upper left and a bright moon in the dark sky.

Night photograph of a large dark grey arched lingam-shaped structure, framed by a garland of white, yellow, red and green flowers, standing on a raised platform strewn with white and red blossoms. A shaven-headed man in white dhoti and shawl stands at the base, reaching toward the stone. Beside him an attendant in a white dhoti kneels or sits on the platform, another in white sits at right, and a figure in saffron-orange robes with a rudraksha mala sits at left. A metal staircase railing rises at left, and rows of small oil lamps line the stepped seating beyond. Floodlights illuminate the scene.

Night-time ritual photograph at a temple-like outdoor shrine with red-and-white pillars and steps. Several men in white dhotis stand bare-chested with white sacred markings on their arms and bodies, some with gold-bordered dhoti cloth. Seated on a colourful striped mat in the foreground, several figures wear orange-saffron cloth; one young person with long hair reaches toward a silver tray heaped with pink flower petals and offerings. Brass vessels, banana leaves, yellow cloth and flower garlands lie on the ground. The scene suggests an ongoing puja or abhishekam with devotees offering flowers.

A photograph of a temple courtyard ritual where a young man in saffron-orange robes wears a long garland of yellow marigolds and red roses and stands on a stone platform. Several devotees in saffron robes, one with a full beard, hold white jasmine garlands and a brass plate near him. In front, older men in white shirts and a woman in a white sari with a long braid bow forward to receive the garlands. Behind them stands a small stone shrine with a carved deity relief, a brass oil lamp and scattered pink flower petals. A seated white deity murti wearing a red crown, gold necklace and red garment appears at the upper right beside a small golden kalasha-like vessel and red curtains.
