January 01 20092009-01-01A photograph of a crowded outdoor ceremony under a white canopy with a large gilded throne-like seat (peetha) decorated with a golden arch and garlands of white and red flowers. A figure with long dark hair wears a red and gold garment and sits on the throne, with devotees pressing close around him. In the foreground an older bearded man in saffron robes with rudraksha beads stands beside a man in white holding folded hands, and a devotee in white and orange shawl holds up a trident (trishul) at left. Several men in white shirts with orange shawls and a young boy in orange cloth surround the scene, with trees painted on the backdrop.2009-07-07January 24 20092009-01-24July 12 20092009-07-12April 17 20172017-04-17A photograph of a ceremonial gathering under a white tent at a temple. A man in saffron-orange robes with a white flower garland and long swept-back hair stands before an ornate gilded throne with red cushions and red-and-white flower decorations. He holds a golden staff and reaches toward a metal plate of offerings. Devotees in white and saffron clothing surround him, some with folded hands, and a woman in a teal top sits in the foreground. Two attendants in orange garments with beaded necklaces stand at left beside brass trident-shaped ritual objects.2009-07-07A long-haired man in a red sleeveless top and an orange sash, draped with a multicoloured flower garland and a rudraksha mala, bows forward while seated before an ornate gold throne with red fabric. A man in a white shirt holds a red offering and reaches toward him, and another person's hand and forearm are visible in the foreground, bearing gold bangles. Ceremonial reverence at a gold throne suggests a formal darshan setting.2009-07-07October 26 20162016-10-26July 12 20092009-07-12A photograph at an outdoor tent event with a crowd of devotees. A central figure with long dark hair wears a red and saffron sannyasi-style garment and a pink-and-green flower garland, extending his right hand in blessing toward the bowed head of a seated older man in white clothes. Nearby, a man in white holds a silver bowl, and silver ritual items including a trident-like staff sit in the foreground. Women in saffron and orange shawls and white saris stand behind, with fruit and flower offerings and a blue platform visible at left. The central figure matches a person appearance with long swept hair, saffron-red clothing, and a garland, performing blessing.2009-07-07A photograph of a seated man on an ornate gold-and-red throne, wearing a rust-brown dhoti and shawl with long dark hair flowing down his back, a white-and-red tilak on his forehead, a rudraksha mala, a gold ceremonial necklace and gold armlets, with a long garland of white jasmine and red roses around his neck. He leans forward and applies a marking or tilak to a bare-chested devotee in white dhoti who kneels before him, the devotee wearing a yellow marigold garland. Behind them stands a brass kalasha-style finial and a brass trident-shaped ornament, with a red-and-white cloth and flowering plants in the background. Another person in white sits at the right edge. The seated man matches the page's appearance cues of long swept hair, ornate gold jewellery and garlanded throne presence, so he is described as a person; the page indicates he is present at this event.2016-10-26July 17 20082008-07-17
