Rows of devotees sit with palms pressed together in namaskar, many wearing white or cream kurtas and saris with orange shawls and scarves. Many have shaved heads and hands pressed together in anjali or clapping. A stone pillar, a red painted wall, a golden trishul at right and leafy plants frame the scene. The people sit facing forward toward an unseen focal point. No individual is identifiable as a person from the visible cues.2016-09-05May 24 20062006-05-24July 21 20122012-07-21July 03 20082008-07-03Indoor evening discourse photographed from the side of a hall with pillars, ceiling fans, red curtains and potted plants. Many seated devotees fill the floor, most wearing orange shawls and rudraksha malas, clapping or pressing palms together with smiles. A videographer in an orange top stands on the right holding a camera on a tripod. The audience faces away from the camera toward an unseen speaker, and no clearly identifiable a person figure is visible in this view.2006-05-29A crowded photograph inside a corrugated metal roofed shelter at a Himalayan shrine, with many people seated and standing shoulder to shoulder in orange saffron robes and orange shawls. In the foreground a young woman in orange holds a long metal ritual staff with a trident-like top, and a bearded man in orange sits beside her. Several women in white or grey jackets, caps and a woman in a blue jacket photographing with a camera appear at right. Rocky stone and a red railing are visible at left, and the setting resembles a pilgrimage site with temple pillars and bare stone walls behind the gathering.2006-05-24A photograph of a packed satsang hall with a large seated and standing crowd, mostly women in orange, saffron and yellow saris and white salwar, with rudraksha malas visible on several devotees. Many sit cross-legged on the floor with hands folded in namaste, while men in white shirts and white dhotis stand along the back wall. Orange-red walls, strings of coloured fairy lights and two dark deity murti figures draped in garlands stand at the sides. A floral offering with marigolds and red flowers sits at left. Visible people are numerous, many partly cropped at edges, so a larger crowd is present. No individual is clearly identifiable as a specific swami in this view.2013-03-10August 08 20172017-08-08 +1 copiesJuly 12 20122012-07-12
