A photograph of an outdoor gathering on a stone-paved area with a white building behind. In the centre, a smiling man with long, dark, swept-back hair and a red tilak on his forehead wears a saffron-orange shawl over a sleeveless body. Beside him to the right, a younger man in a white kurta wears layered rudraksha malas and a small pendant, and holds a tall pole upright. Around them stand many devotees: a bearded man in a checked shirt with rudraksha mala, men in white and orange clothing, and an elderly white-bearded man at right. Swamiji (probable) is identified by long swept-back hair, saffron shawl and tilak on the central figure, with the page noting his presence at this event.2006-05-22Outdoor photo of a smiling man with long, swept-back dark hair, a red bindi and an orange saffron shawl over an orange top, wearing a large rudraksha mala. He holds a black umbrella handle with one hand. Behind him, a man in white ceremonial clothes with a brown shawl and rudraksha beads speaks on a mobile phone, with a red tilak on his forehead. A tan multi-storey building and green trees stand in the background. Cues for a person: long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha mala.2006-09-10January 01 20062006-01-01December 11 20072007-12-11A street procession moves past a concrete building with palm trees behind. At the centre, a smiling man in a saffron-orange dhoti-style garment and a long gold bead necklace raises both hands in greeting, walking beside a tall ornate ceremonial staff topped by a red, gold and blue embroidered canopy. Around him, men in white shirts and white dhotis wear rudraksha malas, one carries a bouquet of white and yellow flowers, and another holds a saffron flag. A bearded sannyasi in orange robes and a pendant walks in the foreground on the right, with a man in white clothing beside him.2009-11-25December 27 20072007-12-27November 25 20092009-11-25Outdoor procession photograph in bright daylight. A long-haired man in a loose orange-saffron robe and a heavy gold-toned beaded necklace with a large ornate pendant stands centre, gesturing with his right hand. To his left, a man in white kurta with an orange shawl holds a tall gold-tipped staff, and a canopy with colourful tasselled fringe is visible behind. To his right, a shaved-headed young man in white with an orange shawl and a tilak on his forehead stands beside a woman in white with an orange shawl. Orange flags, a peacock-feather fan and a crowd fill the background, with a white building behind.2007-12-23Outdoor procession scene under palm trees and a row of flags. A smiling man in the centre wears an orange saffron robe, a tricolour garland of white flowers with green, orange and white stripes, a long rudraksha mala, and a red tilak on his forehead. Behind him, men in white dhotis and orange shawls stand around, one holding a tall golden trident-topped staff and another holding a wooden staff. A peacock-feather fan is visible at the lower left. The man's presentation shows several cues (long hair, saffron robe, rudraksha mala, tricolour garland), but the image alone does not confirm identity, so he is described by role as a devotee at the procession.2007-12-25A photograph of several men walking outdoors past white-painted buildings with palm trees and a blue tent at the right. Center, a smiling young man with long swept-back hair wears a saffron-orange sannyasi robe, a thick orange-beaded necklace, and a red tilak, gesturing with one hand. To his left, a man with long hair in orange robe with maroon border walks beside him. At right, an older bearded man with glasses wears an orange robe and rudraksha mala, while a man in white shirt and white dhoti with a blue beaded necklace and gold watch clasps his hands. Several other men in white shirts and dhotis stand behind them, and devotees are visible in the background. The imagery suggests a procession or ceremonial walk.2009-11-25December 23 20082008-12-23September 24 20062006-09-24 +1 copies
