KAILASA SAN FERNANDO, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO on 5/21/20222022-05-21May 23 20222022-05-23A woman in a blue kurta and green patterned leggings wears a white hair net and grey face mask while preparing food at a long white table in a tiled hall. She arranges dried red chillies from a steel plate onto small white dishes, and jars and packets of food sit on the table beside a yellow plastic jug. Behind her, another worker in a hairnet stands at a counter, and a seated woman in a floral top and mask rests on red-cushioned chairs near the wall. The scene looks like an ashram kitchen preparing a meal.2022-05-23A photo taken in a kitchen prep area where two women in hairnets and face masks are sorting produce and packaged food on a white counter.
