Annadhan in 20082009-01-01Two men sit cross-legged on a stone-floored hall with granite pillars and a ceiling fan behind them, smiling at a shared meal served on banana leaves. The man on the left wears orange-saffron robes, a long gold beaded necklace, and a white and red forehead marking, with long swept-back hair; his hands are pressed together near his lap. The bare-chested man on the right wears a saffron-orange cloth, has a white forehead marking and a thin white chest cord, and rests his hand on the leaf. The leaves hold rice, dal, chutneys, a dosa or idli-like flatbread, and plantains. Steel tumblers, a plastic water bottle and a small brass pot sit nearby.2008-10-15October 15 20082008-10-15April 26 20122012-04-26October 15 20082008-10-15April 26 20122012-04-26 +1 copiesPhoto 66783942009-01-01 +1 copiesOctober 15 20082008-10-15January 22 20142014-01-22April 26 20122012-04-26 +1 copiesTwo men sit cross-legged on the floor of a plain room, eating from green banana-leaf plates set on low wooden trays. The man on the left wears an orange robe, a gold bead necklace and white and red forehead markings, and is looking down at his plate with his hand near the food. The man on the right is bare-chested with an orange cloth wrapped around his lower body, white forehead markings with a red dot, and holds a piece of flatbread while eating. Plates hold rice, curries, fried snacks and sweets. Two pedestal fans stand behind them beside a wooden door.2009-01-01 +1 copiesAnnadhan in 20132013-01-01 +1 copies
