Behind them, two saffron-robed sannyasis stand in line, one with an orange turban, and a seated woman in a cream and orange saree sits at the table. A small plate with white offerings and yellow petals sits on the table beside stacks of glossy booklets. A red brick wall, a green gate and a white banner with a purple logo form the background.2017-02-05 +2 copiesMay 24 20182018-05-24 +1 copiesDecember 15 20062006-12-15A crowd of many women and some men stands on a dusty dirt ground outdoors in the late afternoon. Several women in the foreground wear white and green saris, a pale cream sari with a red blouse, a teal sari, and a pink salwar; many drink from small cups or glasses. Some wear name badges. Behind them, a white single-storey building, leafy trees, a palm tree and an electricity pylon stand under a pale sky, with a long queue of people extending into the distance. No a person candidate is clearly visible.2006-12-14Indoor darshan scene. A seated figure in orange saffron robes with a rudraksha mala and a red tilak on the forehead has one hand resting on the head of an elderly woman in a purple sari and green bangles who bows low before him. A white-clad older man on the left stands with palms pressed together in namaskar. Behind them a monk in orange with a white-and-orange tilak holds a paper slip, and a white-robed attendant stands near a table with a flower arrangement in a terracotta vase, brass plates and offerings. White cushions and bedding surround the seated figure. The seated figure's appearance is distinctive but recognisable only as a devotee-blessing role, so the identity is left uncertain.2008-03-12A photograph of a large seated audience at a satsang discourse, sitting on red-and-white striped mats on a tiled floor. Many women fill the rows: a woman at left in a white and grey patterned sari with red-rimmed glasses holds a red pen, a woman in a teal blouse and cream sari wears a bindi and rudraksha-style beaded mala, a young woman in a cream embroidered top wears a dark mala, and a woman in a yellow shawl sits in the foreground. Behind them more devotees in white, saffron and orange saris sit under a row of metal barriers. The visible audience numbers in the dozens, with no figure in this frame identifiable as a person.2012-05-25 +1 copies
