Close-up photograph of a bronze Shiva murti during abhishekam, its surface coated with a pale, milky liquid running down the body and arms. The deity has a tall jata-style headdress with a crescent moon ornament, and it holds a trident in one raised hand. Warm orange and bokeh lights blur in the background.2011-12-08December 08 20112011-12-08A photograph of a gilded metal deity murti being bathed in milk during abhishekam. The multi-armed bronze-gold figure, shown in a dynamic standing pose with a fierce expression, has white milk streaming down its face, chest, waist and legs. A hand in a white cloth with red-and-gold border, wearing bangles and a rudraksha bracelet, pours from a golden vessel above the figure's head. Behind it stands an ornate gold arch against a black sparkling backdrop and purple drape. No person's face is visible.2026-01-10A close photograph of a small gilt bronze four-armed deity murti being bathed with milk during abhishekam. The murti holds a discus (chakra) in one upper hand and a conch in another, standing on a round base. A white liquid pours over its head and body, running down the figure and pooling at the base. A person's hand, adorned with a gold-coloured bangle and wearing a white garment, pours from above. The background is dark stone with splashes of white liquid and a few scattered petals.2022-01-29A silver-toned metal deity murti stands on a gilded pedestal while liquid is poured over it from a raised hand at upper left, with a trident-like emblem and a kalasha-like raised hand visible. Behind it a seated man in orange robes and a gold-beaded necklace sits on a gold throne before an orange backdrop with a smiling portrait of a man in a turban. The page suggests a person candidate; the seated man has long dark hair, a gold beaded garland and orange clothing, but his appearance is not clear enough to confirm identity. Gold-toned pedestal carvings and green leaves frame the lower foreground.2011-12-08December 20 20112011-12-20Jan 29 2022 sripuram2022-01-29December 08 20112011-12-08A small white stone deity murti stands on a round pedestal in a shrine, being bathed in milk during abhishekam. Milk pours from a golden spout above and streams down the figure, its arms, and the silver plate beneath. The murti has four arms, one holding a lotus, a tall pointed crown, and a draped garment. Behind it stand gold-decorated shrine elements, an orange cloth, a red garment, marigold and pink flower petals on a gold-patterned altar cloth, and a garland of red and white flowers.2020-11-30Feb 6 2022 sripuram2022-02-06Kailasa avadi july 25 20212021-07-25Close photo of a polished metal deity murti.
