A photograph taken on a coastal road beside the sea in the early morning or evening light. In the foreground, a person in a saffron-orange sannyasi robe with hair tied up stands beside an open silver car door, facing away toward the ocean. To the left, several people in white ritual clothing stand near a silver minivan with its rear door open, one in a white dhoti and others in white garments. Vehicles line the road and the sea stretches to the horizon. The saffron-robed figure is shown from behind and is an unidentified sannyasi; no visible cues establish identity.2009-01-13January 13 20092009-01-13January 13 20092009-01-13A photograph of an outdoor arrival at a temple area on a sunny day. A silver SUV is decorated with a garland of orange, yellow and red flowers and a small saffron flag on its front. A bald man in saffron robes walks forward, and a figure in a long orange-red garment with an orange head wrap walks alongside, while devotees in white shirts and white dhotis, one wearing an orange shawl, move around them. A white and maroon striped temple wall and palm trees stand behind. The people are mostly seen from behind or in profile.2009-01-12February 25th 20072007-02-25July 29 20082008-07-29 +1 copiesA photograph of a shaved-headed man in an orange-saffron robe stepping out of a silver SUV onto dusty ground, with palm trees and a flag-lined background behind. Two attendants in orange robes stand beside him: one at left wears an orange turban and holds a bead necklace, and one at right in an orange kurta with a maroon shawl holds a silver vessel with a green leaf offering. A person in white at far right holds hands in namaste. The seated man's features are not distinctive enough to identify him, so his identity is unsure; he is shown as an exiting passenger in orange ritual dress.2008-12-30Outdoors in a dusty parking area beside a road, a silver SUV has its side door open. A figure with long dark hair, wearing a flowing saffron-orange robe, stands at the open door with his back to the camera. Nearby, another man in saffron-orange robes stands by the vehicle, while men in white dhotis and shirts, some with rudraksha malas, stand around. Behind them are parked trucks, cars, a silver tanker, palm trees and tall green trees under an overcast sky.2010-09-05December 30 20072007-12-30Outdoor photo at a sandy ground with tall coconut palms and small red flags behind.
