September 03 20042004-09-03September 03 20042004-09-03A photograph of a person in an orange robe with a long rudraksha mala necklace standing in profile before a display rack of CDs and DVDs in red-trimmed shelving. The person gestures with an open hand toward the shelf, which holds albums with covers showing figures in orange and white turbans and flowing dark hair. A white cinder-block wall forms the background, and a small purple logo appears in the top-left corner. This is a single physical person in a retail or gallery setting.2006-07-25September 04 20042004-09-04A standing man in saffron-orange robes and a saffron turban stands beside a framed photograph on a wall, touching the top of the framed picture with his right hand. The framed image shows a seated figure in orange garments in a forest of large gnarled trees, the figure marked with a forehead mark. The frame is decorated with a garland of pink, yellow, blue, red and white flowers, and a small white flower rests at the top. Below on a white-draped table with a maroon embroidered cloth sit red flowers and a small white candle in a glass. Shelves with books stand to the right. Swamiji (probable) is the saffron-clad standing man with a long dark hair, rudraksha-style neck garland of pink flowers, offering a blessing gesture to the portrait, the same role as a devotee performing a puja before a picture.2004-09-03July 28 20082008-07-28September 03 20042004-09-03A photograph of a seated man in saffron-orange robes and a matching orange turban, wearing a multi-coloured flower garland of pink, red and white blooms, seated on a dark upholstered chair with cushions on a low stage. Behind him hangs a large plastic-wrapped banner printed with a smiling portrait of a man in an orange turban, with a logo and partial text at its lower edge. A microphone stand is at the left edge and a bouquet of yellow and purple flowers sits at the lower right. The seated figure has distinctive visible cues of an orange turban, saffron robes and a garland, consistent with a probable Swamiji (probable) seated as speaker at a talk. Yellow date stamp reads 09/03/2004 at the lower right.2004-09-03A photograph of a smiling man standing indoors in front of a wall of framed x-ray or medical film sheets and a black telephone on a desk. He wears a saffron-orange turban and a saffron-orange robe, with a long black rudraksha mala and a large ornate gold pendant around his neck, and a red bindi on his forehead. His hands are clasped in front of him.A photo taken inside a shop lined with CD and DVD cases displayed on red-trimmed racks against a white cinder-block wall. A standing man with long dark swept-back hair, wearing an orange saffron wrap and a long mala of dark rudraksha beads, reaches out with his right hand toward the cases while looking at them. The covers show portraits of smiling people in turbans and saffron-toned clothing. Probable Swamiji: the long swept-back hair, saffron wrap and rudraksha mala are visible cues, and he is shown in person browsing the displays.2006-07-25A photograph of a seated figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban, with long dark hair and a layered rudraksha mala and beaded garland draped across the chest. A young man in a grey t-shirt and glasses kneels at the left, clasping the seated figure's hand, while a white-haired person's head is partly visible at the lower left. The plain grey wall and a small table with a framed photo at the right complete the room.2004-09-03July 23 20062006-07-23
