Photo 99169032022-08-15A man in an orange saffron wrap and orange turban stands in the doorway of a bright pink shrine with green and yellow painted frames. Inside, a blue deity murti decorated with white and orange flower garlands sits on a gold-framed altar with a red backdrop, surrounded by brass lamps, small figurines and offering vessels on a black and white checkered floor. The man's bare upper body shows a rudraksha mala, and he gestures toward the murti with one hand. The setting is a temple darshan at Kailasa Kashi.2022-08-23 +1 copiesPhoto 82880382022-08-07 +1 copiesPhoto 82853922022-08-16 +1 copiesPhoto 82905832022-08-25 +1 copiesKASHI SARVAJNAPEETAM on 8/12/20222022-08-12 +1 copiesPhoto 82904232022-08-04 +1 copiesA photograph through an open doorway of a temple shrine with red and green painted pillars and a checkered black-and-white marble floor. A figure in an orange saffron wrap and orange turban stands with bare shoulders, back to the camera, holding offerings toward a deity murti draped in red fabric and garlanded with orange and yellow flower malas. Brass puja vessels, a kalasha-style pot and small offering bowls sit on the marble steps before the murti. The figure has distinctive orange saffron attire and a turban, but the face is not visible and the appearance is not sufficient to confirm an identity, so the person is described by role as a priest.2022-08-20 +1 copiesPhotograph of a temple doorway framed in bright pink walls with teal and yellow trim. Inside, a deity murti of a goddess seated on a lion or tiger vahana, wearing a white crown and garlands of orange and red flowers, sits under a gold arched canopy against a purple patterned backdrop. In the doorway at left, a bare-chested man with long hair and a beard stands with hands pressed together in namaskar, wearing an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl. Brass lamps, a kalasha, offering plates and small bowls rest on a marble shelf before the shrine.2022-08-05 +1 copiesPhoto 82881852022-07-08 +1 copiesA photograph of a temple doorway framed by pink and green painted pillars with yellow and white borders. Inside, a bare-chested priest wearing an orange-red turban, orange dhoti and rudraksha mala stands barefoot on a black-and-white checkered floor, holding a small ritual object in his hands in front of a deity murti. The murti is a blue-skinned goddess seated on a golden lion or tiger vahana, decorated with garlands and a halo of white and gold behind her, set before a purple draped backdrop and gold canopy. Brass bowls, a brass lamp, a small kalasha and figurines sit on the floor in front of the shrine. The priest's appearance does not clearly match the page's a person claim, so he is described by role only.2022-06-18 +1 copiesKASHI SARVAJNAPEETAM on 4/23/20222022-04-23
