A girl in white with a rudraksha mala stands on the left, with a woman in a light blue patterned blouse and white shawl bending forward in the centre. Men in white shirts stand in the background, and the scene appears to be a gathering with participants arranged in rows.2006-11-04November 04 20062006-11-04A photograph of a devotional prostration on a carpeted hall floor. A person in orange robes lies face-down full length with forehead pressed to the floor, hands extended forward, with a bare wrist bearing a gold bracelet. Behind them a woman in a white sari with an orange shawl sits cross-legged on an orange mat, holding a green leaf and facing the prostrating figure, with a green leaf platter with offerings nearby. Other people in orange robes stand and sit in the background, and a white cloth lies on the floor at left.2007-11-12A photograph at dusk of a long line of women in white sarees with gold borders serving food or offerings from steel plates. In the foreground a woman in a white saree with pale blue floral print leans over a covered flat surface, holding a steel plate, while a woman in a white saree with a light blue border bends to tend the offerings. Behind them a queue of women stands in white clothes, some holding plates, under a white canvas tent on a dirt ground. This appears to be an annadan style food service line at a person event.2006-12-17February 16 20072007-02-16A long line of women in white and cream saris with gold borders stands along a paved path, each holding a brass kalasha topped with mango leaves, flowers and a coconut-like offering. Several wear sandalwood or vibhuti marks on their foreheads, rudraksha-style beaded necklaces and gold bangles. Strings of lights and foliage decorate the background.2017-03-11March 11 20172017-03-11 +1 copiesMarch 05 20062006-03-05February 16 20072007-02-16
