A hand wearing bangles and a ring lifts a small brass vessel near a brass plate of yellow and pink flowers, a brass oil lamp burning, a lit incense stick in a brass holder, a brass bowl with a red cloth, a conch shell and a red fruit. Yellow marigolds, red roses, pink and white petals and a white flower fill brass bowls and plates. Several brass oil lamps with lit wicks sit among the petals, with a white conch shell, a small brass bell and a brass vessel on the right. A pair of hands holding a small brass spoon appears at the top right, and an orange cloth lies beside the tray. Rudraksha beads and red flowers are at the left edge, next to a small framed picture. The scene suggests a ritual offering of flowers and aarti items.2018-01-01Close-up photograph of a brass puja setup on a woven mat. A man's hand, with a light sleeve visible, pours milk or liquid from a small brass vessel over a small wooden figure or deity murti on the left tray. Red roses lie on a brass plate on the right, beside a dark rudraksha-style mala and green leaves. Brass bowls, a small brass kalasha-style cup, a bowl of white crystals and lit oil lamps surround the setting. A second person's hand, wearing a colourful striped wrist band and red fabric, is visible at the right edge. This appears to be an abhishekam ritual with offerings.2017-01-22January 22 20172017-01-22December 17 20112011-12-17A photograph of a puja setup on a woven straw mat with pink and purple borders.
