A street procession in a crowded Tamil town. A central figure with long dark hair wears an orange-saffron robe with a red shawl and a heavy garland of flowers and beads, smiling as they walk. Around them, people in white dhotis and saffron shirts press close, and devotees in white and pink saris offer fruit trays with bananas, mangoes and red apples. A large ornate red, yellow and green umbrella with tassels shades the procession, and decorated ceremonial staffs and orange banners are visible overhead.
