Outdoor photo at a large banyan tree. In the foreground a man in an orange saffron cloth and a saffron head wrap bends forward, touching a large black stone deity murti with his right hand while holding a bundle of yellow and orange flowers in his left. The murti wears an orange cloth and a garland of yellow and purple flowers. Behind him, a man in a white shirt and a light yellow shawl photographs with a DSLR camera, and other men stand nearby, one in a white kurta and one in a dark jacket. Yellow flowers lie at the base of the stone, and a white pillar stands in the background.

Outdoor photograph beneath a large banyan tree with hanging aerial roots. On the right, a black stone statue of a seated saint wears an orange cloth, a saffron turban-like head covering, rudraksha-style beads and yellow-orange marigold garlands, set in a white arched shrine and red-painted base. Left of centre, a multicolour umbrella with a bird motif shades a small group: a man in saffron robes stands with hands together, a man in white with a yellow shawl bends forward at the base of the statue, and other men in white and orange move about. In the foreground, a videographer in white holds a camera with a small screen toward the scene, and a man in white and yellow stands at the edge. Red-orange ground colour surrounds the shrine.

Outdoor photo of a black stone statue in an orange-red painted base, set within a white ornamental arch framed by trees. The statue wears an orange-saffron cloth, an orange turban-like head covering, and two garlands of orange and white flowers, holding objects in its raised hands. Three men in white dhotis and white shirts stand before it: the man on the left has his palms pressed together, the middle man in white with a yellow shawl joins palms in prayer, and the man on the right in a yellow shawl bows with his head lowered. A brass tray with offerings sits on a small table at the base, and a broom leans against a column nearby, with a white wall and a green canopy overhead.

Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree at a temple-like site. A black stone statue of a seated sage in orange robes and an orange headcloth, decorated with a yellow and purple marigold garland, sits on a dark pedestal at right. In front, several men in white ritual clothes with yellow shawls stand with palms pressed together in prayer; the man at left holds a lamp with a flame and a brass vessel. A woman in white with a yellow border stands at center right near the statue. A brass pot and a metal plate with offerings sit on the ground beside an orange cloth. The statue is a deity murti or sage statue, not a living person. Pillars and sandy ground surround the shaded area.

Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree with dense aerial roots and dappled shade on a dirt path. A standing bare-chested man in an orange saffron cloth wrap, wearing a white and orange garland, presses his palms together in prayer before a black stone figure. The seated black stone figure is draped in white cloth with an orange band across the head and holds an object near its chest, set on a dark stone base. Red-stained offerings cover the base area, with a small black stone yoni-shaped object in front. A second person in white clothing stands at the left edge. a person is not identifiable with confidence from appearance, so the standing devotee is described by role only.

A photograph of an outdoor shrine beneath a large banyan tree with hanging aerial roots. On the right, a black stone statue of a seated figure wearing an orange-saffron garment, a red turban, and garlands of yellow and purple flowers sits on a raised pedestal draped in orange cloth; a brass plate and a black snake-like cord lie at its base. Four people stand before it with hands folded in prayer: a man in white on the left raises a small vessel, a shaved-headed man in white dhoti with a yellow-bordered cloth stands centrally, another man in white stands behind him, and a woman in white sari with yellow border sits at right. A young woman in white also stands at far left. A brass pot sits on a stone block in the foreground. Approximately five people are visible.

A photograph of a devotional scene beneath a large banyan tree with aerial roots. On the right, a dark stone Shiva lingam is draped with a white cloth and garlanded with red and yellow flower garlands, set on a stone base inside a silver-framed arched shrine. In front, a woman in an orange saffron sari with gold border bows with hands folded, her head lowered toward the lingam. To the left, three people stand in prayer: a man in white dhoti with a shawl and a man bare-chested with rudraksha beads and a white dhoti with red border, both with hands joined, and a person in full white clothing with head covered. Red stone ground and a rangoli design lie before the shrine.
