March 07 20162016-03-07Outdoor satsang scene in front of a red brick wall with barbed wire above and green shrubs behind. A central figure with long swept-back dark hair, a crown-like headpiece, a rudraksha mala and saffron/orange robes sits cross-legged on a red rock ledge, smiling and gesturing with hands folded. Probable Swamiji; the cues are the long dark hair, rudraksha beads and saffron robes. Around him, women in orange clothing sit on the left and devotees in white and orange are visible at the bottom edge, with a yellow bag and a large boulder nearby.2016-03-07A seated figure with long swept-back dark hair, a vertical tilak on the forehead, rudraksha malas and an orange-red saffron wrap sits smiling on a reddish rock outdoors, one hand resting on the stone beside him, bare feet visible. A central seated figure sits on a rock wearing an orange-red cloth wrap, a long dark rudraksha-style mala, and bangles, with a tall swept-back black hair style and white markings on the forehead and body. On the left, a woman in orange clothing with hair in a bun sits on a red stone ledge beside a yellow bag, and on the right, a man in white dhoti with a white forehead mark and white shawl sits smiling. Green shrubs and a tree frame the scene. The setting suggests an informal ashram gathering.2016-03-07Outdoor photo of a devotional gathering in a walled courtyard with a red brick wall, palm and bare trees, and a red-and-cream fringed parasol. A seated figure in long dark hair and red-orange cloth sits on a red stone ledge, with a standing man in a saffron-yellow dhoti and red-bordered shawl facing the group, wearing a rudraksha-style neck mala and bracelets. A woman in orange sari with glasses stands at right, and several seated devotees in red, orange and white saris and dhotis, with bracelets and flower garlands, sit on the ground in front. A small drum, a metal pot and a green cloth bag rest nearby. The scene appears to be a ritual or satsang activity.2016-03-07June 04 20162016-06-04A smiling man with short dark hair and a white-and-red forehead marking sits cross-legged on the ground in front of a stone wall of grey rectangular stones. He is bare-chested apart from an orange-red cloth wrap over his shoulder and body, with a long brown rudraksha mala around his neck and a gold ceremonial necklace with a central gold pendant. A brown rudraksha band is tied on his upper arm. A plastic water bottle and a folded orange cloth lie on the ground at the lower left.2012-10-08A smiling man with long dark hair sits in a blue folding chair in front of a large grey boulder beside a rushing river. He wears an orange-saffron wrap over a sleeveless orange garment, has a red bindi on his forehead, and gestures with both open hands while speaking. Green foliage and a fallen log appear at the riverside.2008-07-03A person with long dark hair and a red bindi sits in a woven cane armchair outdoors, wearing a rust-red draped garment with a yellow-gold border and a red thread on the wrist. One hand rests at the chin in a relaxed pose. Around the chair, several children in orange and black clothing sit on the sandy ground, with a tree and dark foliage behind. The scene suggests a gathering with children at an ashram setting. The person in the chair has long, swept-back hair and a red thread, a combination of cues that is not enough on its own to establish identity, so the identity is left unsure.2014-08-07July 03 20082008-07-03Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree at a paved stone courtyard. A man with a tall dark bundled hair knot and a rudraksha mala wears a rust-red wrap and stands smiling among others, while several devotees face him with their backs to the camera. Around him, several people in orange-red wraps and rudraksha beads face him in a loose circle; one woman in a red shawl with a gold necklace stands beside him, and a man in a pink shirt and green lungi stands at left. A steel vessel sits at the right edge. The scene resembles a teaching or instruction moment at the temple construction site, though the figure's identity cannot be determined from appearance.2018-02-01
