Devotees sit in a hall during a Guru Purnima satsang, facing a golden deity shrine with garlands and a golden lion-form throne base. Women in white and red saris sit with palms pressed together in namaskar. Golden thalis hold offerings, flower garlands and oil lamps sit before the seat. Several men in white stand near the back, with a stage and a kneeling attendant at right.2015-07-31A large group of devotees sits in rows on a stage before a golden deity shrine during a Guru Purnima offering. In front, a golden lion-form seat holds a garland and brass and silver vessels set out on a golden tray with flower petals. On the left, a seated figure in a red turban, red and gold garlands and a red-cloth wrap faces the altar with his back to the camera, and his appearance is not clear enough to confirm identity, so the role is a seated presenter. Women in white and red saris and white shawls hold palms together in anjali, several wearing rudraksha malas. Behind them, more seated devotees fill the hall, and gold pillars and a deity murti decorated with flower garlands frame the altar.2015-07-31A photo inside a gold-decorated temple hall during a satsang. A man seated on an ornate golden throne with a crown above and a garland of yellow and red flowers behind him wears a red-orange robe, a red-orange turban and a rudraksha mala. A row of devotees in white and cream clothes sit on the floor facing him, several with hair in braids or buns, and a few wearing red or orange shawls. Gold lion and deity sculptures flank the throne, with a trident leaning on the right. Attendants in white stand at the back left. Swamiji (probable): the seated man in red-orange robes wears a turban, a rudraksha mala and a ceremonial necklace, which are cues for the page's claim, so the figure is treated as a probable candidate in person.2015-07-31July 19 20162016-07-19A seated man in a red-and-maroon robe and red turban sits on a gold throne (peetha) decorated with yellow and red marigold garlands, a gold lion-shaped armrest beside him. He wears a red beaded mala and a gold necklace and holds his hands together while speaking. A gold trident stands to his right. Around the low dais, a seated crowd of devotees in white and cream traditional dress, many women with hair in braids or buns, sits with brass plates of offerings (naivedyam) and flowers. Gold-painted pillars and colourful painted deity figures frame the hall. Swamiji (probable) appears as the central seated figure, a candidate identified from his red robe, red turban and ornate gold necklace, shown in the role of the presiding guru on the throne.2015-07-31May 25 20132013-05-25A photograph of a large tented ritual hall with a gold-ornate shrine backdrop holding several deity murtis and a golden palanquin-style canopy at right. A shirtless young priest in white dhoti kneels at left beside brass bowls, flowers and an offering tray, performing abhishekam-style worship. A woman in a brown patterned dress stands near the centre holding up a flower-decorated heart-shaped garland panel. Rows of seated devotees in white, saffron and purple clothing fill the floor, several with folded hands, and ceiling lamps hang overhead. No one clearly identifiable as a person is visible in the scene, so the a person field is set to none.2016-12-02October 26 20152015-10-26October 23 20152015-10-23October 18 20102010-10-18 +1 copiesJuly 22 20132013-07-22December 02 20162016-12-02
