At the centre, a smiling man in a saffron-orange robe wears a long pink-and-white flower garland and a ceremonial necklace, walking barefoot on a path marked with rangoli-like white lines. Around him, devotees in white and cream clothes, including a woman in a cream sari and men in white shirts and dhotis, walk alongside; a woman in a white sari at right presses her palms together. Rows of footwear lie along the left wall, and rose petals are scattered on the floor.2009-09-15A photograph of a decorated passageway with a striped green, white and orange canopy and red curtains, where a group walks along a terracotta tiled floor. At centre, a man in a saffron-orange robe wears a large pink and white flower garland and a gold necklace, walking barefoot with palms pressed together in greeting; the figure's appearance is consistent with the candidate, but the cues are not distinctive enough for a firm match. He presses his palms together in greeting. Beside him walks a woman in a cream sari with a pink border and a second saffron-robed attendant with long hair. Men in white dhotis and white shirts line both sides of the carpet, several with palms joined in greeting, and a man in a white shirt and dhoti walks alongside. Hanging potted plants and green trees appear behind the arch, with a gold bird-shaped object at the lower left edge. The central figure's appearance shows several cues: long swept-back hair, a saffron robe and a garland, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji, so he is a probable Swamiji (probable) receiving a welcome.2010-02-16December 23 20092009-12-23Indoor photograph of an ashram hall with a white tent canopy, white plastic chairs and striped floor runner.
