A man with long dark hair and a red vertical mark on his forehead sits on an ornate gold throne with a red velvet back, beneath a gold canopy with hanging leaf finials. He wears a white embroidered kurta and white shawl over a striped cloth, with a white jasmine garland and red and yellow flower garlands around his neck. Garlands in yellow, red, green and white, decorated with sparkling beads, frame the throne back, and a yellow and red flower garland lies on the cushion at his feet. A microphone on a stand stands to the right. Behind him a large printed banner shows a close-up face of an older bearded man with white hair. The image is a photograph of one person on a stage. Although the page indicates he is at this event, the appearance cues are a throne with garlands and a white embroidered outfit, but the face and hair are not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so the appearance is uncertain.
