In the centre, a smiling man with long, dark, swept-back hair and a red tilak on his forehead wears a saffron-orange shawl over a sleeveless body. Beside him to the right, a younger man in a white kurta wears layered rudraksha malas and a small pendant, and holds a tall pole upright. Around them stand many devotees: a bearded man in a checked shirt with rudraksha mala, men in white and orange clothing, and an elderly white-bearded man at right. He wears a rust-orange kurta, an orange shawl wrapped at the waist, and a long mala of rudraksha beads. A small red dot marks his forehead. In the foreground, several devotees in orange garments and white clothes face him, one with a hand raised to his head. The setting appears to be a yatra stop. Swamiji (probable): the long hair, orange ochre clothing and rudraksha mala are the qualifying cues for the figure standing above the crowd.2006-05-26December 30 20072007-12-30Outdoor photo at a festival procession under an open sky, with a decorated yellow-and-red canopy and strings of orange and purple decorations overhead.
