A standing priest in orange robes raises a plate or lamp toward them, while another orange-robed figure stands at left and a third, with a shaved head, sits at lower left in orange with a mala. Behind the scene stands a deity murti of a seated couple on a white bull, with a golden kalasha and oil lamps before it. In front, a framed portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" shows a figure in saffron robes, garlanded in red and yellow flowers. A man with long dark hair, wearing an orange robe, rudraksha mala and a flower garland, stands with palms pressed together in greeting beside the portrait. A red cushioned seat sits to the left.2009-12-27A photograph of a seated man in saffron-orange robes and a red-and-yellow flower garland, with a long rudraksha and gold bead necklace, sitting in a red upholstered throne chair with gold trim in front of a microphone stand. Behind him is a shrine with a large deity murti of Shiva and Parvati seated on a white bull, decorated with yellow and green marigold garlands, a gold kalasha and gold lamp stands. An orange cloth draped with rudraksha strands hangs at the front. Swamiji (probable): the seated man has long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, a garland and rudraksha/gold mala necklace, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji at this event. A small seated figure in orange and white sits near the base of the shrine. Setting appears to be a temple-style hall with a Nandi bull statue.2009-12-27December 31 20092009-12-31
