In the foreground, a young man in a white t-shirt and white jasmine garland sits at a table covered with a yellow floral cloth, eating from a green banana leaf heaped with white rice, yellow dal, pappadam and small side dishes. Beside him a woman in a white sari-style top and jasmine garland, with a red bindi, eats with her fingers, and an older woman with grey hair in a white outfit and garland sits at the right edge. Behind them, several other people in white clothes with garlands eat at other tables, and a red rose sits in a glass vase on the table.2009-06-22October 15 20092009-10-15February 22 20152015-02-22 +3 copiesA photograph of a group of people seated at a long table with a yellow patterned tablecloth, eating meals from stainless steel plates and bowls. Several men and women wear white clothes, with gold-coloured lanyards and beaded necklaces visible on some. Orange curtains hang behind them, and an ornate framed picture hangs on the right wall.2009-07-21December 25 20082008-12-25A photograph of a long communal meal line in an ashram hall with yellow curtains and a red curtain at left. Volunteers in white clothing with yellow shawls serve food from steel bowls along a table covered with a cloth, with water bottles and small steel plates of food set out. Seated diners in white, some with hands pressed together, receive the food. Behind the servers, a man in orange robes and a red shawl stands near the wall, and another figure in orange sits at the back. A small vase with red roses sits on the table. This appears to be an annadan style meal service.2009-10-15July 19 20092009-07-19January 01 20032003-01-01Annadhan in 20112011-01-01September 23 20062006-09-23
