A seated figure in orange robes with long dark hair sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, wearing a large garland of red and yellow flowers. A man in a white shirt and dark trousers bends forward, touching the seated figure's forehead with his hand in a gesture of reverence. To the left, saffron-robed sannyasis and a man in white stand watching. On the right, a woman in a white outfit with orange bangles holds a small item. The backdrop is a large reddish-orange photographic print of a rocky, carved temple scene. The figure on the throne shows distinctive long hair and orange robes, but the appearance is not clear enough to confirm an identity.2009-08-21January 28 20092009-01-28January 31 20092009-01-31December 23 20102010-12-23January 28 20092009-01-28February 14 2009 -Kalpataru Convention at Chennai Tamilnadu2009-02-14January 28 20092009-01-28March 10 20132013-03-10A photograph of a padapuja ceremony on a covered veranda with red and white striped walls and a banana plant. A man in an orange robe with a rudraksha mala and long swept-back hair sits with palms pressed together on an ornate gold-and-red throne, and a probable Swamiji candidate is identified by these cues. Around him devotees in white and yellow clothes sit on the floor before silver plates of flowers, fruit and offerings. A woman in a yellow shawl holds a brass vessel and bead strand, and several others in white hold garlands and rosaries.2010-09-13July 31 20152015-07-31A photograph of a padha pooja in a richly decorated hall with red and gold patterned wall panels. A central figure in an orange saffron robe with long dark hair sits cross-legged on a red cushioned gold throne garlanded with yellow, orange and red flowers, with bare feet resting on a gold footstool. A man in a white striped shirt and dark trousers bows with folded hands and touches the seated figure's foot area in devotion, while a woman in a white sari with gold border stands behind him and an attendant in orange robes holds a white tray with offerings at right. Another person stands at left. The seated figure matches the Swamiji appearance cues of long hair, saffron clothing and a throne, so this is the probable Swamiji in attendance, with the padha pooja being the ritual of foot worship shown in the scene.2009-08-25September 10 20122012-09-10
