A crowded indoor hall with a corrugated metal roof, strung with rows of orange triangular pennants, and a flagged procession moving toward a brightly lit stage at the far end. Many people fill the floor: in the foreground a woman in a cream sari with a red blouse, a person with a grey backpack, and a man in an orange robe with a shaved head; others wear white kurtas and cream saris. Red flags with blue edges are carried along the sides. Framed panels line the walls. The scene suggests a Brahmotsava flag-hoisting procession, though no readable text confirms the event. No specific individual can be identified from appearance.
