Night photo outdoors on grass beneath a large dark tree. A man with long swept-back dark hair, wearing an orange saffron robe and orange cloth, sits on a folding chair at left with bare feet, one leg crossed over the other, gesturing as he speaks. Around him on the ground sit about eight men in white dhotis and white shirts, several wearing rudraksha malas, one with hands folded in prayer, others listening attentively. Two men at right wear orange shawls over white. A red plastic crate and a white jerrycan sit at the lower left edge. Scattered litter lies on the ground. The scene resembles a late-evening satsang or discourse.2008-11-13November 13 20082008-11-13November 13 20082008-11-13A night-time outdoor photograph of a small group seated on dry grass beneath a large tree. On the left, a figure with long dark hair in a saffron/orange robe sits on a folding chair facing the group, with bare feet and a saffron shawl; this is an appearance-based Swamiji (probable) candidate in a teaching role. Around him, roughly a dozen devotees sit cross-legged or kneel in white dhotis and white kurtas or saris, many wearing saffron shawls and white beaded necklaces. A woman in a white sari and another in a saffron shawl sit at right, and a person in white stands at the far left edge. An orange woven basket sits on the grass in the foreground. The scene suggests a satsang or evening discourse held outdoors.2008-11-13February 21 20072007-02-21 +1 copiesMay 08 20082008-05-08Night-time outdoor photo on bare ground beside a dark tree. Around her, many men in white shirts and white trousers, some with cords around their necks, sit on a concrete edge or stand behind her. On the left, a bearded man in an ochre-saffron dhoti and wrap stands with his hands clasped, and a row of white plastic chairs is visible in the background. A small logo appears at the top left and a copyright caption runs across the lower right. Several people are gathered in a discussion or gathering setting.Night-time photo with a green-tinted cast of an outdoor gathering. In the foreground, a long-haired person in a saffron-orange wrap sits on a white plastic chair facing left, hands clasped in the lap. Behind and beside them, men in white shirts and white trousers, several wearing beaded necklaces, stand or sit on the ground. A row of white plastic chairs lines the right side under a few lights, and a few onlookers in white and light clothing stand near the back. Swamiji (probable): the seated saffron-clad figure with long swept-back hair and orange wrap fits the candidate cues, so the in_person value is used.
