A photograph inside a plain room with pale blue walls and barred windows. Many men in white shirts and white dhotis stand, bow and prostrate on the floor before a white-draped table decorated with flower garlands, marigold and rose petals, a brass lamp and a framed portrait. One man in a white shirt with a red and gold shawl stands at the right near the table. Several men kneel or lie prostrate on the mat-covered floor. A small red poster is pinned to the left wall beside a blue pillar. The scene appears to be a devotional gathering with bowing and offerings.

Indoor devotional gathering in a hall with pale tiled floor and green-and-white striped mats. In the foreground, several men in white and blue shirts lie prostrate with palms pressed together before a large flower-covered platform with a yellow marigold and pink petal arrangement draped in white cloth, beside a brass oil lamp and a metal railing. Behind them, women in saris and salwar kameez stand with folded hands, and seated devotees sit on the mats in the background. The prostrating men and standing women are physical people; no a person figure is visible in the scene.

A photograph of a rural outdoor shrine beneath a thatched palm-leaf canopy. In the foreground, a raised platform heaped with red and pink flower petals holds brass oil lamps (deepa) and a small brass lamp stand. A woman in a saffron-orange robe with a large pink-red flower garland stands with her hands folded in anjali at right, smiling with eyes closed. Behind her, several men in white dhotis and shirts stand with palms pressed together in reverence, one in a checked shirt at left, another wearing a rudraksha-style bead mala. A trident (trishul) is mounted on the canopy pole above, and white and yellow flower garlands hang from the roof. a person candidate: the saffron-clad figure is a woman, so no appearance-based candidate is present; the setting suggests a visit to a Hindu shrine.

A photograph inside an indoor hall with white walls and a tiled floor. On the left, a large framed portrait labelled with a bearded-free figure in saffron robes and a long necklace sits on a white-draped table decorated with yellow and red flowers, a saffron cloth, and a brass oil lamp burning. In the centre, a woman in a pink sari bends forward and a man in white kneels before a low red-cloth-covered platform with flowers and a lit lamp. A woman in a purple sari with a gold necklace bows in the foreground. Standing men in white shirts and trousers watch in the background, and a white-draped table holds other objects. A portrait of a person is visible on the table; the framed figure is shown in saffron, not a labelled caption.

A indoor hall with many men in white shirts and white dhotis standing with palms pressed together in namaskar, facing a long table covered with a white cloth and decorated with white flowers. In the foreground a man in an orange-saffron robe with a rudraksha mala bends forward over the table, hands extended toward the cloth, apparently performing a ritual offering. Among the devotees a woman in a red and gold sari stands with folded hands, and a few people are seated or standing near open doorways and windows in the background. The scene is a satsang-style gathering with devotees paying respects at a ritual table.
