A seated man with eyes closed sits on an ornate silver throne with a cobra-hood backrest and red stone insets, wearing a rust-red dhoti and wrap, a green and white jasmine garland, red flower garlands, rudraksha bracelets and a gold necklace, with a dark topknot and tilak. Before him, a bare-chested attendant with rudraksha mala and a white-bundled offering, placed on a silver tray with greenery, stands in a temple-like hall with gold lattice and a silver trident.2018-02-25February 25 20182018-02-25February 25 20182018-02-25Photograph of a seated man in a dark red-brown robe, wearing a turban of dark coiled hair, white and dark tilak markings on the forehead, a green and white garland with red flowers, and many rudraksha beads on his arms and neck. He smiles with eyes half-closed and raises one palm in blessing. Behind him is a large silver cobra-hood backdrop with red stones. At left, a shirtless man in white dhoti leans in with his hands on the seated man's shoulders, and at right a hand holding a bangle is partly visible. A steel cup sits at lower left.2018-02-25February 25 20182018-02-25 +3 copiesA seated figure on a red cushioned throne with an ornate gold backrest is performing a ritual on a bare-chested man bowed forward at the left centre. The seated man wears a leopard-print headband, a red-and-maroon robe, layered gold necklaces, gold armbands and a red tilak, and is holding a white cord draped over the kneeling devotee's head. Two attendants stand at the left with long matted hair, rudraksha malas and sacred ash on their foreheads, one wearing white and the other orange-brown. The setting appears to be a shivadeeksha initiation ritual; the seated figure is an appearance-based probable Swamiji with cues of swept-back long hair, a crown-like headband, ornate gold necklaces, rudraksha malas and a gold throne, and the bowed devotee wears white dhoti.2017-08-21April 03 20182018-04-03February 25 20182018-02-25March 09 20182018-03-09May 13 20182018-05-13 +1 copiesOctober 26 20162016-10-26February 25 20182018-02-25
