Several other people are partly visible at the edges.2010-02-10A photograph at a temple entrance showing a bare-chested man with long swept-back hair, wearing a gold ornate necklace over rudraksha beads and an orange-red cloth wrap, being doused with water poured from a metal pot. A man in a striped shirt and white dhoti stands on a raised stone platform, lifting a rope and pouring water from a bucket over him. Two men in saffron-orange robes stand beside: one in gold-bead garland holding a pole, the other in orange shawl smiling. Weathered whitewashed stone walls, a barred gate and a dim doorway frame the scene; a sunbeam slants through the air.2009-07-13Outdoor temple-style scene under a corrugated tin roof with steel trusses. A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes with a dark rudraksha mala and a gold-toned necklace smiles while placing his palm on the head of a man in a white shirt who bows with folded hands. Beside him stands a shaved-headed man in white with a white forehead mark and a red-beaded necklace, and at right a younger man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala. A gold ceremonial item rests on an orange cloth at lower right, and red and gold decorations hang in the background. Appearance-based probable Swamiji (probable), the long-haired figure in saffron robes with rudraksha mala and gold necklace, giving blessing.2010-11-14June 24 20122012-06-24 +2 copiesA photograph of a temple scene under a corrugated metal roof with wooden beams, carved stone pillars visible at left. A young man with long dark hair, bare-chested and wearing a saffron-orange cloth, holds a raised arm and sprinkles water from a vessel onto a group. He wears rudraksha malas and a gold ceremonial necklace; he is smiling. Water sprays onto a man in an orange shirt with glasses and a pendant, and onto a bald man in a white dhoti. At left, a woman in a blue sari with gold trim holds cupped hands out to receive water, and another woman in a brown top with a white shawl holds a water bottle. A man in a grey shirt stands behind. The 'probable' a person candidate is the young man in saffron with long swept-back hair, rudraksha and gold necklace, who is performing the sprinkling as the central figure.2009-07-13April 14 20122012-04-14July 13 20092009-07-13A photograph of a smiling man in an orange saffron shawl and bare upper torso, wearing a long rudraksha mala and a white ash line with a red dot on his forehead, placing his right hand on the head of a devotee in white clothes. Several devotees in white shirts stand with palms pressed together in namaskar. Beside him, a second man in an orange robe and rudraksha beads smiles. Palm-leaf decorations hang from a corrugated metal roof overhead. The man in the central saffron shawl matches the Swamiji (probable) appearance cues of long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha malas, and is shown giving blessings to devotees in an ashram setting.2010-11-14 +1 copiesFebruary 24 20112011-02-24
