Ground-level puja arrangement on bare earth beside colourful kolam chalk designs. A brass plate holds bunches of bananas, two halved coconuts, white rope tied with red threads, and a small brass pot of red and white petals. A brass lamp stand and a small terracotta pot sit nearby, with a fresh mound of soil decorated with white and red flowers and green leaves. No people are visible, and an oil lamp flame is seen at the right edge.

A close-up photograph of a silver offering plate arranged for puja, holding ripe bananas, bunches of green grapes, a red apple, a halved coconut, a pomegranate and scattered pink petals. Garlands of white jasmine and pink and red flowers lie at the left edge, a silver lamp stand and a metal vessel sit behind, and incense sticks rise from the fruit. A striped cloth covers the surface. No people are visible.

A still-life of a ceremonial offering on a green cloth. A brown coconut with its top removed stands upright on a small woven or net-wrapped base, garlanded with white jasmine strands and green leaves. Around it lie a heap of red rose petals and whole red flowers, plus two yellow bananas and a red apple on a round metal tray. A silver container of petals sits at the right edge and a brick wall forms the background. No people are visible, and no a person candidate appears.

A brass plate on a sandy ground with a banana leaf holds bananas, two coconuts, coiled white cotton ropes tied with red thread and red flowers, and a yellow-orange carved vegetable offering at the right edge. Green and purple kolam-style powder designs decorate the ground around the plate. Behind it, green leafy sprigs stand upright and a small oil lamp glows at the left. No people are visible; the offerings suggest a Mattu Pongal ritual honouring cattle.

A ritual offering arranged on a paved stone-tile floor. A dried brown coconut with a tuft of green leaves and a red mark sits atop a gold-coloured metal kalasha pot wrapped in white woven cord, with uncooked rice spread around its base. Beside it lie a folded red cloth, two ripe yellow bananas on green leaves, a small clay bowl holding white powder and a cluster of yellow marigold flowers, with more marigolds scattered nearby. A weathered orange-stained stone block sits at the upper left. No people are visible, so this is a photograph of a puja setup with fruit, flowers and a kalasha offering.

A close photograph of a ritual offering table. In the foreground are a large bunch of ripe yellow bananas, whole pineapples, a brass kalasha-style pot wrapped in white netting and topped with green leaves and turmeric, a small silver bowl of red kumkum, gold bangles, and a folded orange and green silk cloth. Behind, a bowl of orange sweets or prasadam sits on a red cloth, with a blue fabric in the background. No people are visible.
