Standing beside him, a man in orange robes holds a framed photograph of a bare-chested saint in orange cloth with a beaded necklace, titled PARAMAHAMSA NITHYANANDA. Another man in orange holds a video camera over the table, a brass oil lamp burns, and a tray of flowers and fruit sits in front. A man in white dhoti and shirt, with a rudraksha mala, watches. Around him, devotees in white kurtas and orange shawls kneel and sit on a white-draped platform; one man in white holds a green card and folds his hands, and women in orange saris and white clothes lean in. A tray in front holds offered items including sweets, small framed pictures and printed booklets. Behind them is a red curtain and a white ceiling fan. Behind them, women in saffron and yellow saris stand near a wooden table with a small brass deity murti and offerings.
