Evening outdoor ritual at a temple courtyard under a corrugated metal roof. A large crowd of devotees, mostly dressed in white with some in red and blue, sits on the ground in rows facing a shrine on the right. Orange and saffron pennants with a crescent emblem hang from the roof, and tall decorated pillars stand along the hall. On the right, a priest in white stands near a lit oil lamp and a deity murti adorned with garlands. A figure in orange robes sits near the shrine area, and an orange-shawled man stands at the right edge beside a black bag. Oil lamps and a dim night sky complete the scene.2006-12-31December 31 20062006-12-31February 16 20072007-02-16February 16 20072007-02-16March 06 20162016-03-06 +1 copiesDecember 27 20062006-12-27September 05 20172017-09-05A photograph taken from the back of a large hall at night showing a dense crowd of devotees seated on the floor, most dressed in white, with several women in colourful saris and braided hair.
