A woman in a white sari with a red bindi and a dark rudraksha-style bead necklace sits cross-legged on a grey mat in front of a pink-red throne-like seat decorated with red rosettes and red satin draping. Behind the throne is a framed portrait of a smiling man wearing a cream-coloured turban and dark clothing. To the right, a woman in white with an orange shawl sits on a white plastic chair, and a grey-haired person in white sits on the floor beside her. Cardboard boxes and a blue metal stand sit at the left edge, and red flowers are attached to the thatch above the throne.2007-04-17A large hall with many seated devotees, mostly women, in white and cream clothing, palms pressed together in prayer. Several wear saffron or orange shawls and saris with coloured borders, and many have rudraksha or beaded malas. Brass or steel plates with offerings, small cups and food sit on the carpeted floor before them. Chairs and red-cushioned seats line the back of the room, with more attendees and a stage area visible in the distance under warm lights.2013-12-06A large hall of seated devotees, mostly women, sit on the floor behind a line of stanchions and a chain barrier. Many wear red and orange saris with gold borders, while the women in front wear white saris; some have rudraksha malas and vibhuti on the forehead. Red curtains hang behind them, and at the back a small framed picture of deities is visible. A water bottle and a clear container sit near the front row. The mood is attentive and orderly.2013-12-26December 15 20132013-12-15January 01 20122012-01-01Annadhan in 20122012-01-01 +1 copiesDecember 01 20112011-12-01February 21 20162016-02-21 +1 copiesSeptember 16 20152015-09-16 +1 copiesApril 28 20182018-04-28A photograph of a large indoor atrium on a ship with tiered balconies, tall metal columns and warm red-orange lighting, filled with a seated audience of many people largely dressed in white, several wearing orange-red lanyards.
