July 28 20062006-07-28Outdoor courtyard scene at an ashram with a pale building, a hanging brass bell and a bamboo-screened pavilion behind. A man with long swept-back dark hair, wearing a saffron-orange shawl over his bare upper body and a rudraksha mala around his neck, smiles and walks forward. Probable Swamiji, identified by long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha mala. Around him, people in white ritual dress move about; a woman in a red blouse and floral skirt holds a water bottle, and a cameraman in an orange shawl films with a camera. A parked scooter sits at right.2006-10-12July 28 20062006-07-28February 14 20132013-02-14July 10 20082008-07-10September 18 20062006-09-18August 08 20092009-08-08A photograph of a dusty courtyard in front of a pale peach two-storey institutional building with barred windows. A group of people in saffron and orange robes walk across the sand: in the foreground a bald man in orange cloth with a shawl, followed by a man with long hair and an orange wrap, then a figure in red-orange clothing with a rudraksha-style necklace. Several men in white shirts and trousers walk behind them. Parked motorcycles and scooters line the right side beside a green tree and a wire fence, and a man in a striped shirt sits on a scooter.2016-03-31August 09 20072007-08-09Outdoor photograph of a man in a flowing saffron-orange garment walking across a paved courtyard beside a white boundary wall, with a tree and bare branches visible. He has long dark hair falling past his shoulders and a red forehead mark. Beside him, a second man in white ritual clothes and white dhoti walks with a saffron-orange shawl draped over his shoulders and holds a small paper or notebook. A shelter frame with corrugated roof and a tree canopy overhead. The first man has long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and a red forehead mark, cues consistent with a person, but the appearance is uncertain given the distance and framing.2010-02-04October 10 20172017-10-10October 12 20062006-10-12 +1 copies
