Women in orange and rust-coloured saris sit in long rows on a white tiled floor in a large hall, hands joined in anjali, facing forward. In front of each row are banana leaves holding rice and food, with brass cups, small bowls and a brass plate. Decorative hanging lanterns and framed pictures line the walls, and a crowd of onlookers sits further back. This appears to be a communal meal offering with a seated devotional gathering, though no specific ritual is clearly visible.

A photograph of a large hall where rows of young women and men in saffron-orange robes sit cross-legged on the floor with palms pressed together in namaste. Each has rudraksha malas and some have white tilak marks on the forehead. In front of them are long rows of green banana-leaf plates filled with food and small brass cups and bowls, with a steel flask at left. The floor is light tiled, with framed pictures and hanging lanterns on the walls behind. Several dozen people are visible in the background, seated and watching.

Photograph of a long row of women seated on the floor in orange saris with red borders and rudraksha malas, hands pressed in anjali mudra during a ritual. In front of them lie rows of green banana or leaf plates holding rice mounds, fruit, and small white cups, an offering arrangement suited to a Maheshwara Puja pinda tharpana food offering. A white statue stands at the upper left and gold columns frame the hall. The women are the physical participants; no man is clearly visible in the row, and no identifiable a person appears in the frame.

A long row of women in saffron and orange saris sits cross-legged with palms pressed together in namaskar along a white floor. In front of them, on banana leaves, stand rows of small steel tumblers and metal bowls holding food offerings, consistent with a naivedyam offering. Several women wear rudraksha-style beads and bangles, and some have flower or gold ornaments in their hair. Behind them a pink backdrop and a blurred figure in yellow sari are visible. The scene suggests a devotional offering line for Krishna Janmashtami.

A large hall with cream tiled floor where many women in saffron-orange saris and blouses sit in long rows facing away from the camera toward a distant front, several with hands pressed in anjali and hair in buns, forehead marks visible on some. Each pair of women has a green leaf plate with food, brass cups and small bowls laid before them. Behind them, a seated audience in mixed white, maroon and brown clothing fills the hall, and the back wall has framed pictures and white chairs.

A long row of seated women in saffron-orange robes with red-and-maroon shawls sits with hands pressed in anjali along a white-covered table set with banana-leaf plates of food and water bottles, during what appears to be a food offering ritual. In the foreground a woman with rudraksha malas and a red-and-maroon shawl sits with hands folded, and a woman with a bindi and white-painted forehead sits at right. In the background, men in white dhotis and white head coverings stand near a serving counter, and a robed attendant in white with a red shawl stands at left near a brass vessel and flowers.

A long row of women in orange and saffron robes sits cross-legged on the floor, hands pressed together in namaskar before rows of banana-leaf plates heaped with food and bottled water. Several women wear rudraksha malas and forehead markings; one has a red-bordered orange sari-style drape. Behind them, other devotees in white and orange stand near a fan and a pink-walled hall. Some white-clad figures appear at the far right edge. The scene suggests a seated food offering line.
