Night-time outdoor gathering on a paved terrace with a large crowd seated on woven mats and white plastic chairs, mostly dressed in white. A lone figure in white stands at the front near an orange-draped seat or platform, apparently addressing the group. Floodlights and lamp posts glow in the dark background, and a few cameras are set up at the sides. Many attendees sit with their backs to the camera, and some wear colourful shirts among the white garments.
