Both panels show a figure in a maroon-red dhoti-style wrap and a golden-brown turban standing beside a throne with red cushions, garlands of orange and yellow flowers, and gold trim. A large backdrop shows a golden deity face with red and white ornaments and an orange patterned background. In the upper panel, a man in a green-striped kurta and cream dhoti and a woman in a white sari approach the stage; the figure in red is near the throne. In the lower panel, a man in a teal kurta and white dhoti offers papers or a gift to people in saffron, cream and blue saris and dhotis.
