A short saffron-orange cloth flutters from the top of the pole. Coconut palms surround the pole, with a red minivan parked at the right edge and a low building visible at the far left. A seated figure in dark clothing, with a garland of flowers around the neck, sits in front of the plinth, partly hidden by it. Their face is not visible, and their identity cannot be determined from the image.
