A photo of devotees at a long white-draped merchandise table under a tent, browsing and handling books, CDs and small silver-toned items such as keychains and pendants. Most people wear white shirts and white clothing; some have rudraksha-style beaded cords around their necks. A bald older man in a white shirt stands at the centre with a book in hand. No a person candidate is visible; the people are shoppers and sellers. Several stacks of books and DVD-style cases fill the foreground.

A busy exhibition stall under a white canopy with paper lanterns, where young men and a few adults stand at a white table. The table holds rows of small red-capped containers, silver-rimmed bowls, rudraksha mala strands and rectangular cards or photo booklets. A young man in a checked shirt with a rudraksha mala examines items at the table, while a man in white in the foreground, wearing a rudraksha mala, writes on a sheet with a blue pen. Others in white shirts and a woman in a brown saree watch. No clearly identifiable a person is visible, so the appearance-based check is unsure.

A large crowd of people, many in white shirts and white clothing, presses around a long table at an indoor hall with a high metal roof. Several staff in white shirts stand behind the table handling items, while devotees reach forward to take rudraksha malas and printed books and cards laid out on the tables. Some women wear sarees and flowers in their hair. Plastic chairs are stacked along the side, and colourful booth banners with geometric patterns are visible in the background.

A crowded indoor hall at a large event where many people in white and pale shirts press around a long counter piled with books, CDs, beaded malas and framed printed pictures. Several people hold up cash or bills toward vendors, and a few women wear red bindi and gold jewellery. A bald young man in white stands near the centre of the counter. Behind the crowd, banners and display booths line the hall, and tall ornamental pillars rise toward the roof.

A four-panel photo collage from a Kalpataru program in Chennai. The upper-left panel shows a dense crowd of people in white clothes and saffron-coloured saris moving through a hall, with a red and white banner on the wall. The right panel shows many people in white at long tables covered with books and printed materials, with a bookstall-style setup. The lower-left panel shows a large hall filled with people in white holding leaf plates or bowls, seated and standing as if at a community meal. A tall decorative pillar or idol stands in the hall. Some pictured people are partly visible. The collage is a graphic arrangement of photographs and carries no separate identifiable portrait of a person.
