April 05 20082008-04-05Outdoor photograph of three black stone statues on a white-painted rectangular plinth with steps at the front, set on open grassy land with scattered palm and tree cover. The central statue is a multi-armed deity murti seated on a backed throne with an arched halo-like frame, holding objects in its hands and bearing a red mark at its centre. Two smaller standing black figures flank it on either side. A red-and-white telecom tower, cloudy sky and a utility pole with wires appear behind the site, and a faint archive copyright overlay sits on the right.2008-04-05April 05 20082008-04-05April 05 20082008-04-05October 11 20162016-10-11Two dark stone sculptures stand against a pale wall on a brown earthen floor, with a few small objects and debris at the lower right. The smaller figure on the left is a standing companion murti with hands joined in anjali mudra, wearing a conical headdress and ornaments. The statues are polished and unpainted, with fine carved detail on the clothing and jewelry. On the left, a seated multi-armed deity murti holds objects in its raised hands and sits on a pedestal. In the centre, a standing male figure with a long staff and a tall headdress stands on a plinth, flanked by four smaller standing statues with hands joined in greeting or holding objects. Red signs at the base of the plinths read, in English, that this deity is undergoing an abhishekam process by Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Green shrubs and banana plants surround the statues.2010-10-05
