A green backdrop hangs behind them. A priest in white dhoti and shawl kneels at the base of the shrine arranging brass lamps and vessels on the altar. A second figure in a saffron-orange dhoti and wrap with a rudraksha mala walks across the foreground; his long hair is pulled back, and his saffron clothing and beads are visible, but his appearance is uncertain, so he is described only as a devotee or sannyasi. A red curtain hangs at left and a bell is visible.2013-05-05June 20th 20152015-06-20Outdoor temple shrine with grey stone pillars and a gold-framed arch housing a large deity murti of Shiva and Parvati seated together, adorned with garlands of white and red flowers and a red-and-white garland draped on the stone platform. Red and orange drapes hang at the sides, with yellow marigold garlands along the arch and bronze oil lamps before the shrine.2010-01-17A photograph of a stone shrine with an arched niche framed in gold, holding a central Shiva-form deity murti with a trident and a crown, flanked by two other sculpted figures adorned with garlands. A woman in an orange sari stands at the shrine base, bending toward the central deity and the shivalinga on the pedestal. A man in white dhoti and shawl stands at the right edge beside a garlanded figure. Red and gold drapery, a bell hanging at the left, and sculpted bulls on the roof complete the scene.2017-08-31February 24 20132013-02-24 +1 copiesApril 07 20082008-04-07 +1 copiesMarch 20 20132013-03-20Outdoor photograph of a temple shrine under a corrugated metal roof, with red drapes hanging at the sides. Two priests in white dhotis and shirts stand before a gilded arch hung with garlands of yellow, orange, white and green flowers. Inside the arch are deity murti of Shiva and Parvati, with a trident visible on the left. One priest pours or offers from a vessel onto a black Shiva lingam set in a black yoni-peetha base, while a small figure in white stands at the left edge. A standing figure in orange robes is seen on the right near a small brass lamp stand, partially cropped. The scene reads as abhishekam at a temple shrine.2008-04-07 +3 copiesAugust 15 20132013-08-15
