A video-call grid photographed on a screen showing multiple remote ashram and centre sessions at once. Top-left, a woman in a multicoloured saree stands on a blue patterned mat near a brass plate with fruit and flowers, while a man in white kneels nearby with hands joined. Other tiles show devotees seated in rows on the floor, a man in white robes standing before a shrine with deity murtis and lamps, and people in white and red clothing performing puja beside small altars. A framed portrait with a marigold garland appears bottom right. Labels read SINGAPURAM and SAN JOSE MADURAI.2012-08-23A photograph of a large video wall showing a grid of live-link windows from different ashram locations, each framed by a screen. Panels labelled SEATTLE CHIDAMBARAM, SINGAPURAM, LOS ANGELES ARUNACHALA and SAN JOSE MADURAI show groups of devotees seated in front of decorated altars with deity murtis, kalasha pots, flower garlands, oil lamps and fruit offerings. Several women wear saffron, orange and red saris, and some men wear white dhotis. In one panel a standing figure in white and saffron stands before a shrine, and in the lower right a person in an orange robe photographs a richly decorated temple shrine with a gold-framed deity. The video-wall windows show screens of people, not physical people in this room.2012-04-15A photograph of a large monitor displaying a grid of video-conference tiles from multiple satsang centres.
