In the centre, a man in a white dhoti-style kurta and white head wrap stands with his hands together, surrounded by a woman in a green and orange floral sari with a red bindi, an older woman in white wearing glasses, and a woman in a green sari with a red bindi and thin necklace. Men in white shirts and dark trousers press around them, and a person in an orange top is visible at the lower right. Many faces are partially visible in the foreground. The white-clad man with the head wrap may be a person, based on the white head wrap and the central position among devotees, though this is uncertain from appearance alone.2007-07-25September 2006 - Sindhanur flood reliefA photograph of a village street scene during flood relief work. A crowd of about a dozen men stands and sits on a concrete road in front of a yellow-walled building with a barred window. In the foreground an older man in a white shirt and white dhoti turns toward the camera, and a grey-haired man on the left wears a striped green and white cloth over his shoulder. Several men wear white shirts, checked lungis and yellow or orange towels, and a seated man in a red checked shirt rests on a concrete ledge. Two young people in blue striped shirts sit at the lower right, one leaning forward. Corrugated sheets and a damaged shed are visible behind them. No a person candidate is clearly visible.October 11 20092009-10-11September 2006 - Sindhanur flood reliefAnnadhan in 20072007-01-29 +1 copiesAn outdoor crowd of rural Tamil villagers stands and sits in a dense group under tall coconut palms beside a thatched hut.
