In front, a wooden platform holds a small fire and offerings scattered with yellow marigold petals. Several priests sit on a red cloth: one in white dhoti with an orange headcloth gestures with a ritual implement, another in white and a yellow shawl sits nearby, and a bare-chested man in a yellow shawl and a man in an orange wrap sit at right. Brass lamps and vessels surround the shrine. A visible fire and offerings suggest a homa or puja.2016-12-05Night ritual outdoors under a corrugated roof at a homa or fire ritual. A fire burns in a yellow-tiled rectangular fire pit in the centre. A shaven-headed priest in an orange-red dhoti stands at left, tending the fire with his hands. To the right, a second person in an orange-red robe with a bare upper body sits with his back to the camera before an ornate golden throne-like seat decorated with a Ganesha-style deity murti, garlands of orange and white flowers and a green backdrop. To the left, a red-draped platform holds deity murtis garlanded in marigolds and beaded necklaces. Behind the fire pit stands a tiered decorated altar with flowers and kalasha-like offerings. A person in white clothing is partly visible at the far left edge.2014-11-25Night ritual at a raised stone platform with white and red striped walls. A priest in white dhoti and a green-and-orange sash pours liquid from a vessel toward a small flame set in a golden framed shrine niche. Garlands of yellow and orange flowers and a few decorated deity figures stand within the niche, with a blue cloth backdrop. Smoke rises from the fire pit. Brass lamps, a kalasha pot and flower offerings lie on the platform. A second priest in white stands at the left and a robed figure in saffron sits along the right edge with several seated devotees in orange and white clothing behind.2015-08-09Evening fire ritual (homa) in front of a shrine with gold-framed deity murti and red drapes, under a pink-and-white canopy. A yellow-tiled fire pit with a lit flame sits in the foreground, surrounded by floral garlands and brass vessels on striped mats. A man in a red and gold headcloth and bare chest, wearing a gold necklace, stands at left. Several men in white dhotis with coloured borders and yellow shawls stand or sit around the fire, one with a bare chest and rudraksha-style beads. A seated figure in red and gold behind the fire pit receives worship at the centre of the ceremony. A camera on a tripod records the ritual.2017-09-26 +1 copiesDecember 07 20162016-12-07A night homa at a temple pavilion under a white canopy. In the foreground, a shirtless priest in white dhoti with a colourful border kneels and pours from a metal vessel into a gold-coloured fire pit, with smoke rising and flames visible. Another priest in a white dhoti bends over the fire pit to the left. Striped multicoloured mats cover the floor, scattered with flower petals and garlands of yellow marigolds. Seated devotees and priests sit behind silver vessels and offering trays. At the back left, a deity murti set under an arch is decorated with orange and red garments and garlands, and a seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits near it. A gold palanquin stands at right, and a film camera on a tripod is at the left edge.2017-09-26 +1 copiesAugust 09 20152015-08-09Night puja at an outdoor shrine under a tin roof. A shaved-headed priest in an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl holds a lit camphor lamp aloft before a deity murti decorated with white, purple and pink garlands. Beside the fire pit, a man in white dhoti kneels at the left edge, and a figure in saffron sits or stands at right before a silver-framed deity with garlands. A small fire burns in a yellow-tiled homa pit with brass vessels and offerings in front, and a multi-tiered shrine with flowers stands in the background. The priest's appearance does not clearly match the page's claim, so no identification is made.2014-11-25May 26 20172017-05-26
