He wears an orange saffron wrap over bare shoulders, a heavy ceremonial gold bead necklace, and a red bindi on his forehead, with his hair swept back. Orange drapery hangs behind the golden throne.2011-12-17A seated man in saffron ochre robes sits cross-legged on an ornate gilded throne with a large arched backrest carved with floral motifs, flanked by two golden lion sculptures. The throne rests on a tiger-striped cloth against a deep maroon curtain. He wears a long rudraksha mala and a large gold-coloured bead necklace over his bare upper body, with white and red forehead markings, and rests his hands on the armrests while looking off to the side, apparently speaking into a headset microphone. Swamiji (probable): the saffron robes, long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklace, rudraksha mala and throne match the presentation associated with the page, though the face is not used for identification.2013-03-13May 25 20142014-05-25A seated man in saffron-and-red robes with a gold-bordered shawl raises both hands above his head in a blessing gesture. He wears a rudraksha mala, a large ceremonial gold pendant, and a red bindi, and sits on an ornate gold-trimmed throne with carved lion-face armrests. A microphone stands before him. Behind him are gilded deity murtis and decorative gold lamps in a temple-style setting. The figure has distinctive saffron robes, rudraksha malas and gold ornaments, consistent with the appearance-based label a person for the presiding figure. The image is a photograph from a Kumbh Yatra event context.2015-09-16January 22 20132013-01-22May 19 20162016-05-19December 23 20152015-12-23
