A photograph of a devotional gathering in a hall with a large golden throne decorated with yellow and red flower garlands. A long-haired figure in an orange-red robe sits on the throne with one hand raised. Around the throne, a man in a white shirt and grey trousers stands with palms pressed together, while a bare-chested young man in orange garments stands at left. Several people in white dresses and white dhotis, including women with orange shawls, approach or stand nearby. Behind the throne are large banners showing a smiling man with a necklace and a goddess figure with a crown and earrings. Devotees are present to pay respects, with the scene resembling darshan.2008-10-07A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, garlanded with yellow and red flowers. Attendants in orange robes stand at left and behind, and women in saris and orange shawls stand at right. Large painted backdrops show a figure with a crown and a deity-like painted face. Before him a man in a white kurta bows and reaches toward his hand. Three attendants in orange robes stand to the left, and a woman in a white sari with gold border stands at right beside a table with fruit and a flower arrangement. Hanging marigold garlands with small decorative lamps frame the stage backdrop. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure's long swept-back hair, orange-red robe and ornate gold throne match the page's claim, though the appearance is only a weak cue.2009-02-14October 08 20082008-10-08
