December 14 20062006-12-14A large seated audience of men in plain white shirts and white clothing sits closely packed in a hall, many with eyes closed as if in meditation or satsang. Several wear rudraksha or beaded malas around their necks. A man in the centre wears glasses and a light green shirt and gazes upward with a serene expression. Faces and heads fill the frame in rows, with a dark-haired man in the lower left and a grey-haired man at right. Some raise their arms and hands, others smile or look toward the stage off-frame. Behind them are tall white pillars, sunflower-patterned fabric, red and white drapery, and a speaker stack at the top right. The mostly white clothing dominates the frame. No single figure is identifiable as a person from this view.2007-12-13A photograph of a crowded indoor programme with devotees standing and clapping. In the foreground an elderly bald man in a white shirt and white trousers claps with raised palms. Beside him a man in a white shirt raises one hand while clapping, and a man in a peach-and-white checked shirt stands nearby. Behind them men in white shirts and trousers stand with hands together, some wearing name badges, and a man on the right wears a pink checked shirt. The floor is covered with a red carpet and a blurred motion effect runs across the image.2006-12-14A crowded indoor hall of seated and standing men in white shirts and white dhotis, many smiling and clapping or raising hands in an enthusiastic audience scene. A man in the foreground left wears a red shirt, while a man in a white shirt centre-right wears a long rudraksha mala and a name badge. Behind them a man in white stands in a doorway, and yellow-cream walls and a black speaker stand are visible. The atmosphere resembles a satsang gathering. No individual here has distinctive a person cues, so the appearance check is inconclusive.2012-09-20December 14 20062006-12-14April 21 20132013-04-21November 21 20152015-11-21A dense seated audience at a satsang hall, mostly men in white shirts and white dhotis, many wearing lanyards. In the foreground a bald, bearded man in a white kurta with a red bindi sits at centre, hands folded in his lap. To the left a younger man with a white head bandage and a maroon-and-gold shawl sits near the bottom edge, and a man in an ivory embroidered kurta with a rudraksha-style mala is at right. Many people in the back rows are looking forward toward the front of the hall, which is not visible. No speaker is visible in the frame. Yellow walls and bright ceiling lights frame the room.2013-01-19May 31 20152015-05-31December 17 20062006-12-17
