A large round white-and-red rimmed tray holds ten small stainless steel bowls of vegetarian rice dishes arranged in a ring, including yellow turmeric rice with carrots, green beans and peas, leafy greens mixed with rice, pink rice, purple-tinged rice and white yogurt or curd with a small bowl of water at the centre.
