Most attendees wear white clothes with orange or saffron shawls, and many sit cross-legged on the floor in rows. At the centre front, a figure in orange clothing with long dark hair sits in front of a golden-yellow lattice backdrop decorated with a central emblem and side motifs. A video camera on a tripod is set up at the left side of the room, and cardboard boxes stand along the right wall. The scene appears to be a satsang or discourse session.2005-05-25May 25 20052005-05-25 +1 copiesA photograph of a satsang hall with a large seated figure on an ornate golden throne (peetha) at the back, in front of a painted backdrop of temple spires. The seated figure wears orange-saffron robes and has long hair; the throne is gold with floral ornamentation and flanked by brass oil lamps and flower arrangements. In the foreground, rows of seated women in white clothes and some in orange and dark saris sit on red mats, facing the throne. A video camera on a tripod and a microphone stand are set up at left, and a few white cloth panels are visible. Swamiji (probable) appears as the central figure on the throne, identified by the saffron robes, long hair and ornate throne seating together.2011-08-19 +2 copiesPhoto 11742847A photograph of a satsang inside a plain concrete hall with exposed beams and wooden panels stencilled R.P. on the walls.
