An elderly bare-chested man in an orange-red dhoti and a rudraksha mala sits on a raised orange cushioned seat before an ornate gold throne-back, holding a brass tray of pink flower petals and pouring them onto a wooden tray of petals. A white vibhuti line and a floral headband mark him. Beside him a younger man in orange robes and a long mala sits with hands folded, while a standing man in orange and gold-bordered robes with hands folded, a woman in a red sari, and several men in white dhotis and shirts stand around. A small brass vessel and a plate with fruit lie near the seated figures. The man in the centre is not visually established as a specific person, so he is described by role.2012-04-11 +1 copiesIndoor photo of a seated group of Hindu sadhus on a dark red floor mat in a room with white walls.
